Ah, the typical photo. It may be a bit blurry, but you can't complain when a stranger offers to take a picture for you.
Notre Dame de Paris. Beautiful place. Built in the 1200's.
Inside the stained glass windows are really magnificent. It is hard to get a good picture of them, but Robert managed to get this. You should come see it for yourself!
This is the other side of Notre Dame.
Christian discovered the sandbox just behind Notre Dame.
Basilica of the Sacre Coeur. This church is on top of the hill Montmartre, where you get a great view of Paris. We lived just a few blocks away for our first 3 weeks in Paris. It is a very anitmated area. In this picture there is a festival going on; later that night there were even fireworks.
This is one of my favorites! At Versailles. The only have the fountains turned on for brief periods. They are really beautiful when the fountains are running. But that's obviously not the only reason I love this picture.
